Overview

Go on your own personal migration across Kenya, with each step of the way being an opportunity for extraordinary game viewing under expert guidance. On arrival, you head into the dry Northern Frontier District, to the land of the enigmatic Samburu, where the Elephant Bedroom is your home. Proceed to the floor of the Rift Valley to one of the most exiting attraction; Lake Nakuru National Park. The richness of wildlife lends itself to incredible photographic opportunities from captivating landscapes to emotive wildlife portraits. After a day of adventure, you can retreat to the delightful eco-friendly retreat, Sarova Lion Hill, enveloped in untamed wilderness. Next stop is the Famous Masai Mara National Reserve. This huge expanse of gently rolling grassland – specked with flat-topped acacia trees and trampled by massive herds of zebras and wildebeest. We spend a night at Naivasha before proceeding to our last destination; Amboseli National Park. Located near Kenya Tanzania border and right at the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is the best place on earth to view impressive herds of elephants here carrying massive tusks. The animals are set against breathtaking vistas of Mt Kilimanjaro, which makes an awesome backdrop to the small park. Aside from elephants, many plains animals are easy to spot. Fantastic photo opportunities are possible, and early mornings are best for clear views of Kilimanjaro.

We did a safari in both Kenya and Tanzania in Jan 2019 and since the start, while still planning the trip, Charity was incredibly responsive and flexible in understanding and accomodating our requests to really tailor the trip to what we wanted from it but at the same time also providing tips and suggestions that only a local can and that made it all the more genuine (she was never pushy either). The drivers during the trip were very friendly and focused on spotting the animals for us, and also knew when to be around and when to give is some time together as a couple. The hotels were also amazing for a fair price. It was an amazing experience that we hope to do again with our children one day and will definitely get in touch with Adventures360 for that. If you are planning a safari you should definitely do the same, highly recommend! Thanks again Charity and team for such an unforgettable experience and for your professionalism and kindness, Henrique and Joana
